On Saturday Feb. 26th, I will be featured on the BIRN's "Pure Love Pure Music" show, with DJ Chanelle Wu, who will play some of my music, as well as chat about "Fishwife Tales" and other interesting things. Just received the announcement that I've been chosen, along with colleague Jefferey Hale, to be first asst. conductors to the BSCO (Berklee Contemporary Symphony Orchestra), working under conductor Francisco Noya ! The BCSO's Spring show will be held April 17th, at Jordan Hall.

Jean/Eide's Music and Poetry Collaboration "Fishwife Tales" has been officially invited to perform at the annual Massachusetts Poetry Festival !!! The festival will be held from May 13th to the 14th. Time and Location of performance TBA!

"Seascapes" has been selected to be performed at Berklee's yearly Women Musicians Network Concert, March 3rd 2011 in the Berklee Performance Center! The concert will feature 10 original composition and arrangements from Berklee's talented women composers, while showcasing women musicians. Now in its 14th year, this always-exciting show has earned a great reputation for quality, diversity, and originality. Two exciting shows coming up where I'll be performing "My Shoal" and "Seascapes" from the Fishwife Tales music catalog with the lovely Deborah Pierre. The first concert is the Berklee Student Composition Concert, held in 1140 Boylston St, Dec. 1st at 6:30. The second show is the Society of Composers Show held in Boston's beautiful Old South Church, Dec. 6th at 7:30. Please come and support great original chamber music by young composers!

Fishwife Music has been chosen as the featured artist for the next meeting of the Hamilton Readers and Writers Guild. The event will be held on November 19th, at Christ's Church in Hamilton MA. Just got the acceptance letter for performing Fishwife Tales at the Salem Arts Festival! The Festival will be held June 4-6... I'll be performing on June 5th, 6pm, at the Old Town Hall as part of the "Spoken Word and Music" segment. Also performing will be Confluence!
